As a class of sixteen people we had to design a mobile kitchen with which we cooked for different people on Lucerne’s streets. Every morning we could pick up wasted food which could not be sold anymore by retailers. The topics like food waste, hospitality, kitchen design, food events, problem solving and organizing on short notice were discussed and solved. Amongst other things, I was part of the group responsible for graphics, the blog and photography.
